Having recently attended a wedding reception at the Carlton Redcastle Hotel I was amazed to see how something so simple added an extra touch to the wedding reception.

At the wedding meal the bride and groom were served their dessert with a special message on the plate. I have never seen the couples dessert presented in this way at any other wedding reception I have attended.  

Not only did this personalization put a smile on the wedding couple’s face it also provided another wedding photo opportunity to add to the wedding album.

What’s more one of the wedding guests who had previously stayed at the hotel found this message in their bedroom.
