Donegal wedding venue, The Ballyliffin Lodge Hotel goes all out to attract wedding couples from across Ireland. 

The Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa Donegal has just announced that it plans to run its €10,000 wedding competition again.  This will be the third time the wedding competition has been run and it will be open to couples getting married in 2011.

All couples have to do to be in with a chance of winning this €10,000 wedding reception at the 4 Star Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa is to book their wedding for 2011 at the Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa. Couples will then be entered into the draw to win the wedding reception of their dreams. Deposits are non refundable and must be paid in full before entries to draw is valid.

Magherafelt couple, Deirdre Scullion and Bryan Mc Cann were the 2010 winners of the Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa €10,000 wedding competition.  The couple will celebrate their wedding reception at the wedding hotel on the 8^th October 2010.

The Ballyliffin Lodge opened its doors in June 2005. Cecil Doherty, Managing Director of the 40 bedroom hotel said

‘We have had wedding enquiries from around the world but in the past two years we have come to understand more the greater financial concerns for couples getting married so we decided to introduce new €35 wedding menus and our €10,000 wedding reception competition'

The Ballyliffin Hotel also plans to host their Wedding Showcase on the 3rd & 4th August 2010.

Civil wedding ceremonies and blessings can also be celebrated in the beautiful drawing room which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, Pollin Beach and Ballyliffin Golf Course.
