For those of you who are planning a wedding you are probably wondering

‘Where do I start?’

To assist you in the planning stage we have developed online planning tools which you can use free of charge. 

All you need to do is register to http://www.bookourwedding.com using the ‘register’ link at the top right hand corner of the homepage.  Once you have registered you will have full access to your own online wedding task planner, budget planner, and guest list. 

Here is a summary of what these wedding tools will enable you to do.

Task Planner

The wedding task planner will provide you with a list of the major tasks you need to complete to ensure your wedding plans run smoothly.  There may be other tasks that you wish to add to this list. You will then tick the tasks of your list as and when you complete them.

Guest list

Within this section you can manage your wedding guest list online.  It will allow you to add in your guests name, address, contact number, email address.  You can also put in notes against your guests, i.e. their dietary requirements, whether or not you have received a gift from them, if you have sent them a thank you card. 

Budget Planner

Within this section you can record your estimated and actual costs for each and every aspect of your wedding.  Each time you add an item to your list you will be able to compare your budgeted cost against what you actually paid in the hope that you will not exceed your budget.
