Dieting

Are any of you on the Weight Watchers programme, or how about Slimming World or what about the Atkins diet?  The list is endless. I ask myself on many occasions why is it that it is generally always woman on these programs and not the men.  When I watch what men eat over the course of the day I often wonder how they get away with it!

Well I tried the Atkins diet for half a day, slimming world for about 3 weeks and now I have moved onto the Weight Watchers programme.  How long I will last this time is open for debate.   Well actually I have just done a week so I suppose that is a start, though I am not going to share with you my weight loss/gain Embarassed

 

I think us ladies can sometimes become to self obsessed with our body that we often overlook what is really important in life.  You can be pretty sure that your husband-to-be is not marrying you based on your body shape, nor is he panicking about loosing weight for the big day.  I think it is very important to remember that ‘we are here for a good time not a long time’.  When it comes to looking for your wedding dress you can be sure that their are dresses to suit all shapes and sizes.  It is all about finding the 'wow' factor for you.  Some ladies may find this with the first dress they try on.
